Phoenix Syringe head preventative maintenance

All syringes are removed, inspected and cleaned. Teflon plunger tips are replaced. Complete visual inspection of unit is performed. Syringes with excessive build-up requiring extended cleaning and needle replacement will result in additional charge.

Phoenix preventative maintenance

We recommend an annual preventative maintenance for your Phoenix liquid handling system. An Bioray representative travels to you to perform the following: A check of all motors, couplings, lead screws and bearings; a check and update of software, if needed; a visual check of syringe calibration and head dispensation; a check of power supply performance, with ohm meter; check of nest springs; regreasing of slides and lead screws; cleaning of needles, wash reservoirs and decks; replacement of pump head tubing; for Nano heads, new tubing and nozzle. If our technician determines your Phoenix head needs work to correct dispensing accuracy, we recommend it travel back to Bioray. This cost will be added to the price of your preventative maintenance.
